Rental Requirements

Driver Qualifications

All drivers must be at least 23 years of age and hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of two years. International licenses are accepted provided they include a photograph and are written in English, or accompanied by an International Driving Permit.

Insurance Coverage

Standard comprehensive insurance is included with all rentals. This covers collision damage, theft, and third-party liability. Optional zero-excess coverage is available for premium vehicles.

Mileage Policies

Economy rentals include 200 km daily allowance with additional kilometers charged at R 2.50 per km. SUV and Premium vehicles include unlimited mileage for standard daily and weekly rentals.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. Alternatively, pre-purchase a full tank at competitive rates and return the vehicle at any fuel level.

Cancellation Terms

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% charge of the first day's rental rate.
