Payment is required at the time of vehicle collection. We accept major credit and debit cards. A security deposit may be held on your card during the rental period and will be released upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the first day's rental rate.
No-shows or failure to collect the vehicle without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the full rental amount.

All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage as specified in your rental agreement. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle up to the excess amount specified in your contract.
Optional zero-excess coverage is available for premium vehicles at an additional cost. This reduces your liability in the event of damage or theft.
You are responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal costs arising from your use of the vehicle, including parking violations, traffic offenses, and toll charges.
Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location by the date and time specified in your rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional charges calculated at an hourly or daily rate.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Excessive dirt, damage, or modifications will result in additional fees.
